Replaced RV Queen with a Full Sized Pillow-top Queen (super comfortable). Added two TVs, one in living room and one in back bedroom. Included are 6 plates, 6 cups, 4 coffee mugs, and a silverware set for 6. We have 2 frying pans, 3 saucepans, and 1 big pot. We have towels and washcloths for 6. We have all bedding for the 2 bunk beds and the Master bedroom. All beds have pillows with cases and there are two extra in the closet. Blankets are also included for the beds. We have a toaster and a Keurig coffee maker. All purpose cleaner with paper towels (only 2 rolls) and a broom and dustpan are also provided. We have 4 academy chairs, a 50 amp plug that steps down to 30. Hitch weight is 670 lbs. I will include my hitch with anti-sway bars.
All linens, bed sheets, pillow cases, and towels are cleaned after every rental. All pots, pans, silverware, and cups are returned clean, but we run them through the dishwasher at home anyway. We take pride in our cleanliness and we hope you do too!
Toilet paper is provided with the rental. Please do not throw any wet wipes, feminine products, or any other items in the sewage tank. If I need to go sewage fishing, your full security deposit will be used. No smoking! If you have a vehicle that can pull at least 6,500 pounds, make sure you have a brake controller installed. This is a MUST!
Sleeping: 2 on Queen, 2 in bunks, 2 under bunks on fold out chairs, 2 on table conversion, and 1 on couch futon. I personally like everyone to have an actual bed, which would be 6, but it does sleep 9 if needed.
I am a very easy going owner. Just take care of it like it's your own and you will have a wonderful experience!
