Welcome to the 2022 Bunkhouse style, 30 amp trailer-camper! Sleeps 8+ persons. 1 master bedroom with a door. The bunkhouse room has 3 beds & a couch (which can turn into a bed too) with its own door. The dining & living quarters can both be turned into beds, as well. 1 bathroom with a spacious shower including skylights. Full kitchen including a large fridge with deep shelves. Beautiful Electric Fireplace for those cozy nights. Need storage? There is plenty of room for all your items to tuck away safely. NON SMOKING & super clean. This camper needs a truck with towing capacity of at least 7,000 LBS to tow it. Fully functional and furnished for all your needs!

MASTER BEDROOM: The mattress has been replaced from the standard RV mattress to a Queen size Memory Foam Mattress. Full bedding set. Storage underneath bed, 2 closet-cabinets, and a side cabinet. Blackout blinds on both windows. Mattress & pillows come with anti-allergen and bedbug prevention covers. *Bed linens are washed after every camper.
THE BUNKROOM: 3 beds with full bedding sets, 1 couch (also with a set of full bedding, in closet-cabinet if needed), 2 windows, & 32” ROKU TV. Mattress & pillows come with anti-allergen and bedbug prevention covers. *Bed linens are washed after every camper.
KITCHEN: Comes equipped with 6 plates, 6 cups, 6 bowels, 2 coffee mugs with lids, a full flatware set with steak knives, 2 pots (2qt & 5qt) with lids, 2 frying pans (8” & 10”), oven baking sheet, coffee maker for Kcups or drip, mixing bowl, colander, measuring cups, cutting board, chef knife, whisk, serving spoons, spatula, can opener, wine/bottle opener, ice trays, pot holders, 10 gal trash can hidden under sink, trash bags, gas stove & oven, fridge, toaster, microwave, kitchen hand towels, paper towels, dish soap, scrubber, dish drying mat & drainer, and disinfecting wipes. *Dishes & towels are washed after every camper.
BATHROOM: We have bath towels, hand towels, & washcloths for 6. Toilet paper for camper use, hand soap, and trash can. *Towels are washed after every camper.
LIVING/DINING AREA: Broom & dustpan, fly swatter, & 43” ROKU TV with remote. Fireplace with remote, color changing flame, and heat or no-heat regulation. Comfy seating with easy to clean fabric, 2 pillows, both couch and dining table seats can be moved to use as a bed. Lots of storage underneath.
EXTERNAL: 4 camp chairs, outdoor access kitchen includes gas flat-top griddle, additional mini refrigerator, grilling utensils, water hose, Bluetooth radio with indoor/outdoor speakers, outdoor rugs, and large awning. All electric hookups including 50 amp to 30 amp drop-down, 30 amp surge protector, and 25ft long 30 amp extension cord. All required water & sewage materials provided. Anti-sway hitch included.
