38-foot Travel Trailer includes 2 entrances, in the living room and in the back bedroom. It also comes with one and a half bath and an extra-large shower. Additionally, this units comes with 2 separate AC units-great for the hot Georgia summers, so it stays nice and cool due to the fiberglass shell. A unique feature of this unit is the kitchen and living room both slide out for a massive living room area. There are multiple USB ports in the living room, master bedroom and back bedroom for cell phones and tablets. Kitchen has an island with tons of storage and power outlets as well and you have the added convenience of an outdoor kitchen. Included are 6 plates, 6 cups, 4 coffee mugs, and a silverware set for 6. Contains 2 frying pans, 3 saucepans, and 1 big pot. We have a toaster and a Keurig coffee maker. We have towels and washcloths for 6. All-purpose cleaner with paper towels (only 2 rolls) and a broom and dustpan are also provided. We have 4 academy chairs; a 50 amp plug that step down to 30. I will also include my hitch with anti-sway bars. 50 amp that sleeps: 8 (6 comfortably).
All linens, bed sheets, pillowcases, and towels are cleaned after every rental. All pots, pans, silverware, and cups are returned clean, but we run them through the dishwasher at home anyway. We take pride in our cleanliness, and we hope you do too!
Toilet paper is provided with the rental. Please do not throw any wet wipes, feminine products, or any other items in the sewage tank. If I need to go sewage fishing, your full security deposit will be used. No smoking!
