Fully furnished and fully functional. Equipped with everything you need and a lot of extras you wouldn’t think you needed. Included is 24/7 assistance for any questions, problems, and roadside assistance.
Added a Queen Sized Memory Foam Mattress (super comfortable). Added one TV. Included are 6 plates, 6 cups, 2 coffee mugs, and a silverware set for 6. We have a full cooking set of pots and pans. We have towels and washcloths for 6 and 2 hand towels. We have all bedding for the 2 bunk beds and the Master bedroom. All beds have pillows with cases. We have a Keurig coffee maker. A small vacuum has also been provided. We have 2 academy chairs, a 30 amp plug. Hitch weight is 470 lbs. I will include my hitch with anti-sway bars.
All linens, bed sheets, pillow cases, and towels are cleaned after every rental.
2 rolls of toilet paper are provided. Please do not throw any wet wipes in toilet. No smoking! If you have a vehicle that can pull at least 5,000 pounds with a brake controller than you'll be fine!
