Frequently Asked Questions
General:
PROPANE: please be aware that we only provide 2 full tanks of propane. When it is extremely cold, you may need to refill a tank or two during your stay. This can be accomplished at the local Tractor Supply or Fair Harbor RV Park.
What is your cancellation policy? At the time of booking, you have the option to purchase our Peace of Mind Cancellation Plan. If you purchase the plan, then you will receive a full refund upon cancellation, minus the Peace of Mind fee. All other cancellations are non-refundable.
So how does Peace of Mind Cancellation work? If you purchase this (only available at time of booking), then you can cancel for any reason, at any time, and receive a full refund minus the Peace of Mind cost itself.
What is the Damage Protection Plan? If any damage happens to the camper, you are liable for the costs. If you purchase the Damage Protection Plan, we will cover the costs of any/all accidental damage to the INSIDE of the camper. You would still be responsible for any outside damage (ie. you left the awning out in a rain/wind storm and it broke). Then you will be charged $3000 per the contract.
How can I pay my bill?
You may contact us during normal business hours M-F 9am-5pm at 478-352-0341.
How do I rent a camper?
Just find the camper you want, click Book Now or Search Dates and put in your dates. If you want to book another camper for different show dates, please create a new order or your whole order will be charged at the start of the first show date.
Do you give discounts?
Occasionally we will run a sitewide promotion, however our prices are so low that we cannot give other discounts.
For the Georgia National Fairgrounds:
What do I need to bring?
Yourself and any personal items you would typically need staying at a hotel. The camper will come fully stocked with beddings for each bed, 6 towels, 6 washcloths, and 2 hand towels. Included at no cost is a K cup coffee maker, pots/pans, plates/cups/bowls/utensils, an outdoor rug and some outdoor chairs.
What time is the camper setup?
We do our very best to have each camper setup between 8-11am. This basically depends on the logistics of the show.
How will you know what spot to put my camper in?
We have been working with the GNFA for years and we tell them the reservation name that the camper is booked under and they bring us to your spot.
How will I find my spot?
Our system will automatically text you with that information once we are setup and have your camper ready. You may also give them your reservation name at the gate and they can direct you to your spot.
Where will the keys be?
All campers we setup will have your name placard in the window, the camper will be unlocked, with the keys inside hanging on a hook.
What time is check-out?
11am unless you have paid in advance for a late checkout.
What do I need to do upon checkout?
Please make sure the fridge/freezer are completely empty, the camper is unlocked wit keys on hook, and please discard of any trash. Also place all used towels in tub/shower.
Can you set my camper up next to my friend?
Unfortunately we cannot. The fairgrounds handles all site assignments and tells us where to place the campers.
Do I need a 30 amp or 50 amp?
Your booking email will tell you what service you need.
Who do I contact if there is an issue with my camper?
Contact our main number during business hours (478-352-0341) if it's after hours, it will give you a number to text in case of emergency.
For Pickups:
Is my truck big enough to haul the camper?
That's something you definitely will need to research on your own. Most likely a 250 or 2500 is big enough to pull all of our campers, but a 150 or 1500 can only pull the lighter ones. The weights of each camper is listed in the description.
Do I need to bring my own hitch?
No. We provide the hitch and necessary sway bars, but you must make sure your sleeve is clear and doesn't have a lock on it. Also, you need a brake controller (wired or wireless).
What time can I pickup?
Pickups are between 9am and 4pm. We close at 5pm and need time to walk you through your pickup. If you need to pickup after 4pm, there will be a $50 charge for a late pickup.
What time can I drop-off?
Between the hours of 9am - 5pm. Gates close at 5pm.
How far can I travel with the camper?
To the ends of the Earth. Haha, seriously lets just say coast to coast.
What do I do if I run out of propane?
Each camper is equipped with two tanks of propane. If you run out you can have it refilled or swap the tank at a local store at your expense.
What happens if I blow a tire?
Most campers are equipped with a spare. Just put on the spare and bring us back the bad tire and rim.
What happens if I have an accident?
Call the police and get a police report, then make sure to tell us about it at your earliest convenience.
