Fully furnished and fully functional. Equipped with everything you need and a lot of extras you wouldn’t think you needed. Comes with complete checklists for parking, setting up camp, hookups, instructions for all
appliances/amenities, and more. Included is 24/7 assistance for any questions, problems, and roadside assistance. Added two TVs with streaming devices, one in living room and one in bunkroom. Outdoor kitchen includes gas flat-top griddle, additional refrigerator, grilling utensils, and water hose. Kitchen furnishings included are 8 plates, 8 bowls, 8 cups, 4 coffee mugs with lids, 2 insulated wine glasses with lids, and a silverware set for 8. Also included are mixing bowls with lids, a full array of kitchen gadgets and utensils, salt and pepper, cookware set with lids and storage lids, 3 ice trays, cooking knives, cutting board, and strainer. Butter dish, “chip clips”, pot holders, paper towels, full size trash can, trash bags, and cleaning supplies also provided. Gas stove/oven, Keurig coffee maker with coffee and supplies, toaster, large refrigerator, fireplace, Bluetooth radio with indoor/outdoor speakers, and microwave provided. Bathroom furnishings included are 6 bath towels, 5 washcloths, and a
hand towel. Shower caddy for toiletry storage, toilet brush, and quality RV-specific toilet paper also included. We have all bedding for the 3 bunk beds, 2 fold out couches, and the Master bedroom. All beds have pillows with anti-allergen cases. Master bedroom includes queen bed with memory foam pillow topper and bedbug mattress cover to protect you and the mattress. All towels, linens, bed sheets, pillow cases, and mattress covers are washed after every rental.
Additional amenities provided for comfort include folding table for outdoor use, 4 Academy chairs, large outdoor rug, throw blanket, throw pillows, cordless vacuum cleaner, fly swatters, and battery powered lanterns. Broom and dustpan are also provided. Ample storage space still available. All electric hookups including 50 amp to 30 amp drop-down, 30 amp to 110V drop-down, 30 amp surge protector, and 30 amp extension cord. All required water, sewage, and electrical hookups provided. Hitch weight is 680 lbs. I will include my hitch with anti-sway
bars.
Please do not throw any wet wipes or paper towels in toilet. No smoking! If you have a vehicle that can pull at least 7,000 pounds with a brake controller you'll be fine! I am a very easy going owner available at all times during rental for support. Just relax and take care of it like it's your own and you will have a wonderful experience!
